Think of a city which attracts people: somewhere they want to stay. It'll be a place where arts and culture come top of the government's agenda. Where a healthy creative sector is valued. Where culture is recognised as integral to the social and economic wellbeing of a community.

Who's going to be in charge of Western Australia's Culture and the Arts portfolio when the Minister retires at the next election?

We think it should be the direct responsibility of the Premier.
