Dr. Stuart Rosenfeld is an authority on policy formulation for regional industry clusters, business networks and technical colleges, with an emphasis on less populated areas. This free half-day workshop targeted local policy makers, economists, urban and regional planners and creatives working in the regional economic development and creative industries fields, and focused on developing clusters in the creative industries worldwide, particularly in regional locations.

Dr. Rosenfeld has served on several committees for the National Academy of Sciences; testified before and reported to more than a dozen U.S. Legislative and Congressional and/or OECD committees; and published numerous papers and books on business networks, economic development, technology policy, and vocational education.
